How to decide who pays
- Type each person's name into the box, one per line.
- Leave How many to pick at 1.
- Press Who pays? Everyone sees the result at the same time.
Agree the rule before you draw. Is the person picked the one who pays for everyone, or the one who gets to skip? Deciding first keeps the game friendly.
Fun ways to play
- Loser pays: the picked name pays the whole bill.
- Winner skips: the picked name pays nothing, then draw again among the rest. Tick Remove picked names and keep pressing until one person is left to pay.
- Pay for drinks: use it for rounds, coffee runs or who buys the next one.
- Treat the birthday person: set a different rule for a special occasion.
Why a random draw feels fairer
Most groups already split the bill. When someone wants to pick up the tab for fun, a draw gives everyone the same chance, and nobody can argue about who suggested it. The result comes from your browser's cryptographic random number generator, and your list never leaves your device.
Just two people?
With two people, a coin flip or rock paper scissors is faster.
